A complete conversion of an existing three bedroom house into three two bedroom apartments. Pall Mall Developments, purchased, gained planning and developed this property in a complete “Turn-Key” operation.

This project consisted of the full strip-out works to shell and core followed by the construction of rear and side extensions. installation of new electrics, mechanical ventilation, kitchens, bathrooms and external remediation.
