A complete refurbishment of the Ground Floor commercial space of Jacob Street. Pall Mall Developments purchased and developed this property in a complete “Turn-Key” operation.

This project consisted of the full strip-out works to shell and core followed by the installation of new electrics, mechanical ventilation, heating, audio visual, bespoke kitchen, bathrooms and specialist security systems.

The project was completed ahead of programme and below budget, therefore allowing Commercial Tenants to take leases almost immediately and thus delivering an IRR of circa 40%.
