We managed all aspects of the acquisition, from sourcing and negotiating the purchase price to procuring the equity and debt finance.

Following the successful purchase, we managed the asset by improving the leases with both existing and new tenants.
In addition we obtained Planning permission for two extra flats above the retail unit and developed this property in a complete “Turn-Key” service.
The project delivered an IPR of over 40%.
